Woolworths spokesperson says consumers are 'spoilt' and prefer to buy unblemished fruit and vegetables

Scott Davidson, head of trade for produce with Woolworths supermarkets, denies retailers are responsible for conditioning shoppers to expect 'perfect' looking produce on shelves. Woolworths has introduced an 'odd bunch' line to give consumers access to lower grade fruit at discount prices.
