The Marsh family's involvement in the butchery trade began 90 years ago when 12-year-old Fred was sent away to work in Cooktown

Three generations of the Marsh family have been serving meat to customers in Cairns continuously for the past 90 years. It's a lifetime of achievement that was recently recognised by the Australian Meat Industry Council when Gavin and Carol Marsh were honoured with an award.
